Chief Design Officer, Mr. Sanjeev Agarwal has over 25 years of in-depth expertise in architectural design, interior architecture, and landscape design for large-scale residential and commercial projects, Mr. Sanjeev Agarwal is an accomplished architect with a Master’s degree in Urban planning. After working with major real estate companies like Prestige Estates, Sunteck Realty, Oberoi Realty and Phoenix Mills; he joined Ashwin Sheth Group to manage the design vertical of residential and commercial projects. His objectives are to maintain the highest standards of design, foster client connections, and increase the brand’s worth. Mr. Agarwal works hard to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and with care for the environment and community through his design engineering skills. He has good attention to detail and is committed to client satisfaction. His expertise is in architecture including high-end and affordable residential developments, office buildings, mixed-use developments, and retail spaces. He has curated award-winning projects and is known for his innovative concepts, planning, strategy and delivery in the design practice.
Chief Project Officer, Mr Deepak Naidu is a seasoned Project Management Professional with over 25 years of real estate experience in delivering acclaimed premium residential township projects, leading shopping malls and marquee high-rise projects in India. At ASG, he will be handling strategic alignment of business through projects, programmers, and portfolios of existing and upcoming projects. Before this, he was associated with reputed real estate firms such as Hiranandani Groups, Mantri Developers, Rohan Builders, and Link House Industries. Mr. Deepak Naidu has comprehensive experience in the real estate industry, has apprehended multiple positions & demonstrated exceptional expertise in project management, site administration, construction management and team management. He has a proven delivery track record and first-hand knowledge of the entire real estate business
